Deposit Policy
The Hotel requires full pre payment to secure all Spa bookings made via our website or telephone.
Cancellations & Amendments
Amendments to an existing Spa booking are subject to availability.
Guests can cancel their spa reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival and their payment will be returned in full.
Guests cancelling their spa reservation with less than 72 hours prior to arrival will lose their spa reservation payment in full.
Any guests that fail to arrive will be subject to the full spa cost being charged to the credit or debitcard that the initial booking was guaranteed with.
