Health Conditions

We ask that you kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries as this could affect your treatment selection. This includes any treatment you are undergoing.

Please contact us if you wish to speak to a therapist regarding this.

If you arrive and there is a condition that doesn't allow us to perform the treatment, an alternative treatment will be given or cancellation of the treatment may occur.

If you require any changes, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Last minute changes may not be possible and late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel?

We kindly request 72 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation charge. A 100% charge will be incurred for any  experience not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
