Your experience begins at 9am, with departure at 6pm, giving you the freedom to unwind at your own pace. Spend the day in our tranquil wellness spaces, enjoying the warmth of the sauna, the calming steam room and the invigorating ice room. Take a gentle swim in the pool, refresh beneath monsoon showers and relax in our peaceful relaxation room with full access to all spa facilities throughout the day.

Pause for lunch with a £20 allocation and £5 drink allowance, perfect for a light seasonal bite between treatments. Whether you are seeking a midweek reset, a moment of calm or simply time to switch off, this spa day invites you to slow down, restore and feel your best.

£90 per person. Available Monday to Friday

• 30 minute detox massage or ESPA facial

• Light Lunch

• Full day use of wellness facilities

Terms of Booking:

• Spa days are suitable for guests aged 18 and over

• Please contact New Forest Spa on 01590 625709 prior to booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or are undergoing treatment, as this may affect your treatment selection

• Bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours before your arrival

• A 100% charge will apply for treatments not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the treatment date
