Join us at Balmer Lawn for a rejuvenating Yoga Session with Jemima, a highly qualified and experienced 200-hour registered yoga teacher. Our classes begin with grounding breathwork and centering techniques, followed by mindful and breath-led movements to help you connect with your body and find inner peace. The session culminates with a deeply relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
