Your experience begins at 9am, with departure at 6pm.

Escape to our serene wellness spaces during the day, where you can unwind in the gentle warmth of the sauna or enjoy a revitalising dip in the pool. Take full advantage of our exceptional wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam room, ice room, monsoon showers, and peaceful relaxation room.

Mid-morning, refuel with a £20 lunch allocation to spend on fresh, nourishing dishes, and enjoy a £5 drink allowance. Whether you’re looking to reset, recharge, or simply soak up some stillness, this retreat is your invitation to slow down and feel good.

£150 per person Monday to Friday. £170 per person Saturday to Sunday

• ESPA Facial

• Back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage

• Salt and oil scrub, face and scalp massage

Terms of booking:

• Spa days suitable for over 18's only

• Please call New Forest spa on 01590 625709 if you have any medical conditions, allergies or injuries as this could affect your treatment selection. This includes any treatment you are undergoing

•You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your booking.

• We kindly request 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your treatment date.
