Your experience begins at 9am, with departure at 6pm.

Enjoy a peaceful day in our relaxing wellness spaces, taking in the warmth of the sauna or a refreshing dip in our pool. Enjoy full access to our wellness facilties, including sauna, steam room, ice room, monsoon showers and relaxation room.

Mid-morning, refuel with a £20 lunch allocation to spend on fresh, nourishing dishes, and enjoy a £5 drink allowance. Whether you’re looking to reset, recharge, or simply soak up some stillness, this morning retreat is your invitation to slow down and feel good.

£200 per person Monday to Friday. £220 per person Saturday to Sunday

A choice of one of the treatments below:

- Back exfoliation, aromatherapeutic full body massage using an energising or soothing body oil, including a scalp massage

- Back exfoliation, using positivity body oil for the back massage and a bespoke facial, including a scalp massage

Terms of booking:

• Spa days suitable for over 18's only

• Please call New Forest spa on 01590 625709 if you have any medical conditions, allergies or injuries as this could affect your treatment selection. This includes any treatment you are undergoing.

•You can cancel or amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to your booking.

• We kindly request 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your treatment date.
